Welcome to the first day of the rest of your career.

Empowering our people is part of our mission statement. Your success is important to us, and we'll start investing in it from the moment you walk through our doors. On your very first day, we'll introduce you to our leadership team, who will be there to help guide your career path. You'll also get a tour of our state-of-the art terminals which include a gym, and a large common area where all of our staff and Drivers have the opportunity to interact together.  We'll spend the day helping you get familiar with the Bison way in hopes of making you feel at home, right from day one.

We want you to learn as much as you can throughout the course of the program. With each rotation, you will go through a complete career development and performance review series. This allows you to spend time with your mentoring leader at the beginning of each term to identify the skills you expect to learn, master and apply on the job. At the end of each rotation, you will have developed new skills and abilities, and you will have a constructive understanding of all the attributes you bring to the organization.

After you successfully complete the rotational program, you will be placed into your "destination" career path based on business needs, personal career goals, and individual skills and knowledge demonstrated throughout the rotational program. As a result, you will be well underway with your career growth and a promising future at Bison.
